Back to our normal publication schedule for our weekly top penny stocks.  Wednesday will see our top selection from all the various penny stocks we review, along with a full company report, buy and sell price opinions, and daily updates on former penny stocks we've selected.

One of our subscribers sent me some images of China's new aircraft carrier, quite an intimidating vessel.  More importantly, it demonstrates China's progress into the position of global leader (in terms of population, military manpower, and rapidly improving war capability).

Should we be worried?  I don't think so.  16 nations have carriers, why should we worry about China building more (to add to their Soviet retrofitted ship they purchased from the Ukraine). 

Besides, China has ICBMs already, meaning they can wipe out the entire planet any time they want.  (ICBMs are intercontinental ballistic missiles). 

The secret to peace is economic interconnection.  America has never gone to war with a country that has a McDonalds.  McDonalds in this case is a representation of economic interconnection.  Overall, I think that all nations want to not wipe each other out.  People love their children no matter which continent they live on. 

Given the choice, people will always choose economic interconnection over intercontinental missiles.  Mutually assured destruction (MAD) still works like it should.

Last week, we released our Quick Fix report.  It has our top penny stocks that are trading under $1.  We don't update these top penny stocks thereafter, but we did a quick in house review of them again this morning.

All ten of these top penny stocks still look great, and in fact, if it were not for horrible stock market performances on the major exchanges, we feel they would have already popped a bit.  It's hard sometimes, even for top penny stocks, to swim against the current in the short term. 

In the long term, great companies and top penny stocks always rise to the top.

Mixed Bag: 

- home builders outlook has dropped off significantly, indicating lowered expectations going forward.

- markets are up so far, after two horrible weeks.

- Spain is the new Greece, with fears of Spain's inability to pay it's debts, and the resulting weights on the markets.

- Retail sales numbers came out today, and they were pretty strong.

- Manufacturing numbers at the same time were disappointing.
