I filed a formal complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission today, exposing one of the biggest fraudsters and scam artists in the world of penny stocks.  Of course, I couldn't have done it without some help (thanks "C").

Ideally, the penny stock pump and dump artist gets in big trouble, but that is now in the hands of the S.E.C.  I provided all my contact information, so they can e-mail me or call if they need anything else, but it's a pretty thorough and damning account, with plenty of evidence, and more than enough admissions of deception, false statements about penny stocks, and more.

Like any penny stock fraud, their purpose was to make some junk penny stock look amazing so that unsuspecting investors would get tricked into putting their money into shares of the pig.  Then that drives the price of the shares up, the promoter dumps his stock onto the market at a massive profit, then the penny stock crashes back down to earth.  Investors lose the majority of what they put into the company.

If you know of a pump and dump scheme in penny stocks, and you have evidence that they are reporting falsehoods or intentionally misleading penny stock traders, then take 20 minutes and report it here, at the Securities and Exchange Commission website.   Collect all your evidence that this may constitute fraud in penny stocks, and present as much detail about the promoter and penny stocks in question as you can.

The moral is that penny stock investors are continually lied to by these dishonest fools, and any penny stock trader who believes these completely fabricated reports being pushed out by free penny stock websites and penny stock newsletters get what they deserve.

Remember the 3 Don't of Penny Stocks!

1.  Never believe free penny stock reports!

2.  Never give your e-mail address to free penny stock sites!

3.  Never buy pink sheet penny stocks!

You can read more about the three don'ts of penny stocks in our special report, which was created to help protect you from all the penny stock frauds going on, and all the dishonesty among penny stocks.

Any stock or investment in the stock markets needs to be made with full clarity on the part of the trader.  They must also take full responsibility for their stock market actions and stock trading decisions.

Keep in mind that there are great penny stock companies - well run businesses that are just getting started, or are out of favor, and so they are trading in penny stock territory.  It is a field of landmines, however.  Based on the work of our entire penny stocks team, and going on 14 years of experience, only about 5% of all penny stocks are good enough to pass our Leeds Analysis review.

By getting involved with those penny stocks that do pass your investments have a much greater likelihood of enjoying upward price appreciation.

Anyone who has followed us for any length of time knows that our ethics and morals lead the industry.  We invented the 100% Unbiased Guarantee, which states that neither Peter Leeds, nor any of his team members, will receive any form of compensation from the penny stocks we profile.  We also do not trade in the penny stocks we analyze and review.
